Flower Festival - and more

Our annual Flower Festival is held on the first weekend in October as part of the church's Harvest Festival celebrations. The 2017 Festival will take place from October 6th to 8th with the theme 'Journeys and Adventures.' Floral arrangers of all abilities and experience are invited to take part!

Floral arrangements could be themed around journeys in the Bible, pilgrimages, our own travels or songs, books, films and TV programmes with a journey or adventure theme. The choice is yours!

We welcome everyone to drop in to St Leonard's during the Festival, enjoy the arrangements and stay for some refreshments. Admission is free with donations to the church invited. The Festival is one of the highlights of the church's year with many hundreds of visitors coming to St Leonard's for the event. Setting up for the Festival takes place in church on October 4th and 5th.

The Flower Festival is a community event involving all ages from children to 90-year-olds, community groups and churches.
